My philosophy is to give back to the sports that gave me so much. I believe in coaching individuals based on their own strengths. I believe that it’s important to teach proper technique and form to prevent injuries. I think it’s important to know the athletes personally so I understand how to motivate them. I expect full and honest communication, as this is how I communicate with my athletes. I do not believe in winning at all costs. I do not tolerate cheating. I have a high level of ethics and expect my athletes to be the same.
